Accounts and verification
We process email, organisation details, applicant information, documents and review history to provide access, verify authority and prevent abuse. Account operations serve contractual purposes; service protection relies on legitimate interests. Additional grounds depend on the particular processing.
KYC/KYB documents are encrypted and isolated from cases and general AI. Personal documents are available to their applicant and reviewers; organisation documents to its administrators and reviewers. The free preliminary check does not authenticate documents: a staff reviewer decides.
Cases and disclosure
An organisation determines the purpose and lawful basis of its cases. The workspace may store materials, indicators, relationships, reports, requests, decisions and activity records. Roles and permissions restrict access; an authority's organisation type alone does not open another organisation's private materials.
External sources receive identifiers needed for the selected check. In cloud mode, authorised fragments and the question are sent to the selected OpenAI or Anthropic API. Cloud testing temporarily allows private materials with explicit user permission and remains processing by an external provider. Check the basis for disclosure and source terms before sending. KYC/KYB documents are excluded from this analysis.
Website and browser operation
Servers and the delivery network process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication. Published comments are linked to your account and show the author's name.
The bs_lang cookie remembers your language for one year. Your browser also stores the sign-in token and, on authentication pages, Firebase state and the email used for a sign-in link. These support the website functions you choose.
Retention and deletion
Retention of original KYC/KYB forms and documents appears in the application's country rules and is frozen when saved. New profiles use 30 or 14 days; existing applications retain their previous term until updated. Expired originals become inaccessible and are then removed by a background process. Decision history and checksums are retained separately.
Cases, activity records, published content and backups have separate retention rules. Removal from live storage does not rewrite existing immutable backups. Contact the operator for a specific period or an erasure request; any lawful reason for retention is assessed separately.
Your rights and enquiries
Where applicable, GDPR provides rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent for future processing and contact a supervisory authority. Send requests to [email protected]; identity confirmation may be needed to protect your data.
