Terms of use
Rules for using the public BlockSpam website and workspace. Separate organisation agreements and applicable law also apply.
Updated:
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information and act only for an organisation you are authorised to represent. Functions depend on your role, individual and organisation verification, and verified resources. Verification alone does not grant access to another organisation's cases.
Materials and lawful purpose
Each case requires a purpose and lawful basis. Upload only materials you may process and disclose to the selected providers. Respect source restrictions. Hosting providers and ISPs work with their own verified resources; an investigator role does not confer police powers.
A recipient can access another organisation's private files only through a specific owner grant within the system. Access has an expiry and can be revoked; revocation cannot remove copies already downloaded.
Results and limitations
Findings, graphs, risk assessments and AI proposals assist analysis. They may contain errors and require source and context checks. They do not establish guilt or replace professional judgement. Blocklist publication follows a separate review process; an owner can request correction or removal through the resource check.
Costs and interruptions
Search credits and model API spending are recorded separately. A research limit caps authorised spending; it does not establish the AI provider's available balance. Errors, budget limits or quota exhaustion can stop a task; the workspace shows available next steps and recorded costs. Research outcomes and external-source availability are not guaranteed.
