Open Verification and refresh email status. Check saved fields and required document categories. Review user KYC and organisation KYB separately. Do not re-upload existing files without a reason. Read missing conditions beside the button. In staff review, the official source URL and decision reason are separate fields; checkboxes record checks actually performed.
Research is paused
Read the reason and available recovery action. API quota belongs to the account behind the installed provider key, not BlockSpam credits. Check that account's balance and limits or prepare a retry with an available model. A context limit needs smaller or redistributed material. Response validation failure means the result was not accepted; it does not prove the research goal was reached.
Continue work
Use the offered continuation or repair action. Retrying a billed invalid task must be explicit; successful tasks need not be repeated. For uncertain charges, establish the earlier request's outcome first. If only a new run is available, prepare it with the earlier question and relevant material, preserving the earlier report in the archive. Analyst acceptance records a decision on a conclusion; it does not itself gather missing evidence.
