User role
Organisation administrators manage settings and invite members. Analysts work on cases within their assigned permissions. Platform staff permissions for moderation and verification are separate; company administrators do not become platform administrators.
Organisation type
Hosting providers and ISPs work with their verified resources. Authorities and investigators work on their own cases and available public sources. Authority verification does not open another organisation's files or workspace. Organisation type does not replace a specific investigation's purpose and basis.
Private material
Another organisation's files require an Inbox request and the owner's explicit permission for selected files. Recipient, purpose and expiry are recorded. If an action is unavailable, check your role, user KYC, organisation KYB and the relevant access grant.
