Open the organisation application
In Verification (/verification), choose organisation verification. Editing a company card in the admin console does not create a KYB application. Provide the legal name, registration country, registration number and representative details. Form requirements depend on the declared country and organisation type.
Prepare evidence
Obtain registration evidence from the official national register or current company documents. Attach the representative's authority to act for the organisation. If the form asks for a register URL, provide the specific company record or official verification result rather than an arbitrary registry homepage. Self-employed applicants should choose the appropriate organisation type and documents offered by the form.
Submit for review
Save details, upload required document categories and submit. Staff compare name, number, documents and representative authority, recording the decision basis and official sources checked. Staff checkboxes record checks already performed. Confirmed email and approved KYC do not mean approved KYB. Follow the organisation application's own status.
